ROBOTIC CARDIAC SURGERY
Surgery has been based for more than 20 centuries in the manual abilities of the surgeon to handle surgical instruments. With the technological development of the 20th century a new form of manipulation of the weavings and organs has appeared which continue making use of the mental dexterity of the surgeon, but improving his manual capacities with complex exact movements, as well as being able to access to places where the surgeon never would arrive: the robotic surgery.
